The article proposes the improvement of the model of the use of troops (forces) during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies (based on the organization of the implementation of special tasks in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies on radiation-hazardous objects, taking into account the experience of eliminating the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant). One of the main elements of the presented model is the method of quantitative assessment of the risk of the use of forces (forces) during the elimination of emergencies, which allows taking into account the risk of their use in emergencies. Based on existing approaches to assessing the use of troops (forces), the article examines the possibility of improving the method of assessing the effectiveness of their operation during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies. The article considers ways to improve the basic simulation-analytical model, which needs to take into account the dynamics of the processes of liquidation of consequences of the emergency and risks for the forces (forces). The search for solutions for the use of troops (forces) during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies on the basis of the assessment of the risk of their use, in contrast to existing methods, which will allow integral consideration of the possibility of the use of units and units, and determine the level of expediency of these or other tasks, will allow the distribution the task of the existing forces and will provide the minimum acceptable damage to them in emergencies, and thus obtaining maximum effect.
