Abstract

: The business world is increasingly leading to the electronic media, led to the use of online shop (online shop) as media purchases of goods and services to be increasing rapidly. Number of online store owners also rose sharply so that competition can not be avoided. There are many factors that affect the purchase of products online shop especially trust and will further generate customer loyalty online. In order for businesses to be successful, the main done is to build trust and loyalty in the minds of customers to support the business online shop.
