Abstract

The quality of public services is determined by the service providers (apparatus), who must realize that he is a servant of the people and they must be served well, such that the factors and the indicators in determining the quality of public services can be met. This would ultimately have an impact on increasing the quality of public services. The study found that the quality of public services of BP2MPD Indragiri Hilir still needed to be improved in those regard, although in other ways the quality was good.
