Abstract

This study was aimed at examining the simultaneous contribution of leadership style, principal's academic supervision, and organization culture to teacher's performance at primary schools of Gugus III in Sukasada district. This study was an ex-post facto research. The population consisted of 55 teachers from 8 (eight) primary schools. The data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested in terms of validity and reliability. The data were analyzed statistically (multiple regression ). The results showed that leadership style had a significant contribution (37.7% contribution) to teacher's performance at SDs of Gugus III of Sukasada district. Principal's academic supervision had a significant contribution (39.8% contribution) and organization culture had a significant contribution (43.9% contribution) to teacher's performance at SDs of Gugus III of Sukasada district. Simultaneously, leadership style, principal's academic supervision, and organization culture are strategic factors in creating teacher's performance at SDs of Gugus III of Sukasada district with 65.0% simultaneous contribution. .
