: This studyaims to determine thework programpreparation, implementation, evaluation, andfollow-upprogramsto improve the qualityof educationinAceh. This studyused a qualitative approach. The results showedthat:(1) The process of makingthe programis donethrough aneeds assessmentapproach, the achievement ofobjectives, prioritiesandpolicies, programformulationandimplementation ofoperational activities, due diligenceprogram; (2) Implementation ofthe programis donethrough:(a) socializationprograms are implementedby introducinga numberof activitiesinvolving allthe Head of Education, Youth, andSportsDistrict/City, (b) the resources involvedis doneby placinga numberof individualswho are competentandresponsibleforrealize the visionandmission of the organization, (c) SWOTanalysisis doneby analyzingthe functiontoachieve theobjectivesof internaland external; and(3) Evaluation ofthe programcarried outby utilizingthe resourcesavailablein theschooleducationto the optimumand targeted, while thefollow-upprogramcarried outbyhousekeepingpersonnelnumberof educatorsandeducation personnelin the organizational structureof the schoolthatwillhave an impact onimproving the quality ofteaching staff.
