This study aims to identify and explain the influence of the recruitment process, selection process, and employee competencies on the performance of the employees of the Administration and Finance PG Kebon Agung Malang. Types of research used in this study is a quantitative and research methods are used methods of explanation (explanatory research). Samples taken as many as 45 employees by using saturation sampling technique. Analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that the influence between all significant variables. This means that the recruitment process, selection process, and employee competencies of PG Kebon Agung Malang in particular of the employees of the Administration and Finance has done well so can improve employee performance.
