Abstract

This study aimed to find out the contribution of implementation of academic supervision, work enthusiasm, and teacher's welfare towards teacher's performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict both partially and simultaneously. This study belonged to ex pos facto approach. The population in this study were 129 teachers of SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict. Sampling technique utilized simple random sampling were 97 teachers. Analysis data conducted by using partial correlation and multiple linier regresssion. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a contribution of implementation of academic supervision towards teacher's performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 7.03%, (2) there is a contribution of work enthusiasm towards teacher's performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 20.92%, (3) there is a contribution of teacher's welfare towards teacher's performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 32.88%, and (4) there are contribution of implementation of academic supervision, work enthusiasm, and teacher's welfare towards teacher's performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict with the value 60.83%. Based on the findings it could be concluded that there is a contribution of implementation of academic supervision, work enthusiasm, and teacher's welfare towards teacher's performance in SMP Negeri Tegallalang subdistrict.
