Abstract

Land is an important resource in supporting human life and livelihood, so that everything related to the land will always get attention. but today along with the development of science and technology advances, the act of measuring and mapping land parcels can be done using GNSS RTK-NTRIP methods to obtain information about the position quickly and a high degree of accuracy.In this research activity undertaken is the land plots measurement with criteria conditions of open areas and areas that have a lot of obstruction using GNSS RTK-NTRIP methods on base station CORSUNDIP, base station CORS BPN District Semarang, and base station CORS BIG Semarang City, and using GNSS rapid static methods which further results from the measurement land plots compared with the results of the measurement land plots with terrestrial methods using a Total Station.Comparative measurements of land plots by the method of rapid static and method of RTK-NTRIP by the horizontal position (X, Y) obtained an average error value shifts distance or smallest lateral of 0,305 m with a standard deviation scores (σS) around ± 0.499 m at the base station BPN District Semarang, based on the distance between the point obtained an average error distance between the smallest point of 0.262 m with a standard deviation (σD) around± 0,495 m at the base stationBIG Semarang City, and based on areas of land plots obtained an average smallest error areas of land plots of 3.837 m² with a standard deviation (σL)around± 6.503 m² at the base station BPN District Semarang. Accuracy of measurement plots using the RTK-NTRIP against the terestrial measures using Total Station based on the horizontal position (X,Y) obtained value of the smallest standard deviation (σS)around± 0.422 m at the base station BIG Semarang City, based on the distance between the point obtained value of the smallest standard deviation (σD)around± 0.322 m at the base station BPN District Semarang, and based on areas of land plots obtained value of the smallest standard deviation (σL)around± 5,331 m² at the base station BIG Semarang City.By t test (Student Distribution) with 95% confidence level, the results of measurement using GNSS RTK-NTRIP methods meet the standards of tolerance spacious plots under The Rules of The National Land Agency (BPN).
