This study aims to describe and analyze the differences in the status of employees that includes the employee contract and permanent employees to organizational commitment. The method used is the comparative method. The study consisted of a variable contract employee status to permanent status variable to variable organizational commitment. These results prove that the contract employees appointed low commitment to the company and its employees continued to show good commitment to the company. The difference between employees' organizational commitment and employee contract agreements still are differences work done by all employees of the company are bound by the company's employees through PKWT or PKWTT. Companies should strive to always foster the commitment of all employees in order to have a good commitment although still a contract employee.
