Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on motivation, to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance, and to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research. Based on the results of the analysis indicate that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the Financial Compensation in the Workplace Motivation. There is a significant relationship between the variable to variable Nonfinancial Compensation Work Motivation on Employee. There is a significant relationship between the variables of the Financial Compensation on Employee Performance. There is a significant relationship between the variable to variable Nonfinancial Compensation Employee Performance. There is a significant relationship between work motivation variables on Employee Performance. Therefore, companies need to consider compensation policies exist that felt fair to all employees, i.e. by adjusting the compensation based on performance, workload, work, education levels and long work.
