The background of research is the efforts to improve employee performance of the company by requiring employee to use their human resource efficiently and their potention effectifely, one of the policy possibly taken by company by giving work motivation and work discipline to employee to lead them working maximally for the company. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression.
