Abstract

The background of research is the efforts to improve employee performance of the company by requiring employee to use their human resource efficiently and their potention effectifely, one of the policy possibly taken by company by giving work motivation and work discipline to employee to lead them working maximally for the company. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on result of this analysis, it is concluded that there is simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Stars International Surabaya. Partially, work motivation and work discipline influence employee performance at PT. Stars International Surabaya.
