Geoid is called as an earth model which approach to the real earth surface. Furthermore, geoid is an gravity equipotential field or nivo field which coincide to the mean sea level and not disturb field (?) Geoid is referenced to ellipsoid because ellipsoid is mathematical model of earth approach. The distant between ellipsoid surface and geoid is called geoid undulation. Height element is one of important position elements in geodesy science.This research used gravimeter measurement method which its results was analyzed using gravsoft software so that producing the gravimetric undulation patterns. It then compared to leveling and GPS Geodetic method in order to get the result as H-elevation (orthometrik) and h-elevation (ellipsoid). The results of measuring was then combined to get geometric undulation patterns.By this research, it was finally known that geoid undulation value in Diponegoro University, Semarang which was gotten from gravimetric method used measured-gravity model has the lowest value of 26,177 in GD 35 and the highest value of 26,196 in GD 23 and GD 22. Besides, local geoid undulation value in Diponegoro University, Tembalang which was gotten from geometric method was in range of 26,658 – 26,737 in GD 35 and GD 05, respectively. Local geoid result in Diponegoro Semarang can't be used as reference for height practical measurement model because it is still not accurate.
