In the recent years, Semarang city experienced a lot of flooded sea water called rob. This phenomenon caused by land subsidence. This problem not only occurred in Semarang city, but also other big cities, such as Jakarta and Surabaya. Geological structures and human activities, such as new building construction and groundwater extraction on a large scale were the main cause of land subsidence. In this study, data collecting methods was GPS-static measurement that later processed using GAMIT (GPS Analysis of MIT) 10.5 Software. Value of land subsidence obtained by comparing the difference between height value on previous measurement and height value on present measurement. Next process was analyzed the result with landuse, soil type and population density to obtained their spatial correlation with land subsidence value using ArcGIS 10.1 software. The research obtained variation range of land subsidence value from 0,83 cm/year to 13,935 cm/year. The highest subsidence value was North and East Semarang Area. The research also obtained its correlation with population density, landuse and soil type. The area where population density value was high, landuse mostly used for habitation, and soil type was alluvial had higher value of land subsidence.
