Abstract

: Quality of Service Provision of Land (Studies in the National Land Agency Batu)Currently the public service that we can see, the public service given was very less. One of the public services that can be felt by the people of Indonesia are in the service of the land sector. The number of public complaints regarding service of the National Land Agency will be convoluted in providing superior service to the public, those with less keprofesional level, often use this opportunity to make a profit for themselves, as well as the public perception of the cost of obtaining a certificate of expensive as well as a long time makes people reluctant to take care of their own land rights to the Land Office so that the public is more thinking to choose through a third party or through brokers. This shows that is public demand for openness in performing tasks, payment procedures, as well as the timeliness of completion to be done by land services.
