Needs of measurements and plot mapping in Indonesia is very high, it shown by many unmapped plot. So required the effective and efficient method to support the plot mapping implementation. One of the effective and efficient method that can used besides terrestrial is photogrammetric method using an UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). To determine whether the plot mapping using UAV meets the geometric and planimetric accuracy standard of BIG and BPN, it needs the geometric and planimetric accuracy test.. Testing of geometric accuracy is based on the Perka BIG 15/2014. While testing of planimetric accuracy did by comparing the area and distance from sample plot between the measurement results using UAV (photogrammetric method) with the measurement results using a Total Station (terrestrial method) that based on PMNA 3/1997. Based on the tests, generated orthophotos meet the geometric accuracy of RBI map also the planimetric accuracy of base map registration. In addition, based on the results of F statistics test ( Fisher), there are no significant differences of geometric accuracy between orthophotos that generated by two software on flat and hilly topography.
