Abstract

: The Influence Of Employee Performance And Service System Of Air Transportation Service Quality Levels (Study on Garuda Indonesia at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport, Malang). Service quality is an important element in the effort to improve a public service. There are several factors that affect the service quality may be said to be good, namely the performance of employees and service system. This research aims to analyze and explain the extent of the influence of employee performance and service system of the service quality of the airline Garuda Indonesia. This study is using explanatory research by using the 76 passengers as research samples. The result of the research shows that employee performance and service system has a positive direction and influence significantly to service quality. Employee performance and service system partially able to exert influence on service quality and service system is having an influence greater than the employee performance of the service quality of the airline Garuda Indonesia.
