Abstract

The results of this research aims to know and explains influence simultaneously and partial between job taining consisting of variabel training methods, training materials and instructors training to performance employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) branch of Kediri city. This research type is eksplanatif research with the quantitative approach. The samples on this research amounted to 62 employess. The result of testing simultaneously variable methods of training, variable training material, and variable training instructor has a significant influence on the variable performance of employess as evidenced by the results of simultaneously test with the value significance F (0,000) < the alpha value (0,05). The result of testimg of partial variable methods of training influence significant to variable employee performance as evidenced by the value significance t <α (0.009 < 0,05). The result of testimg of partial variable training material influence significant to variable employee performance as evidenced by the value significance t <α (0,000 < 0,05). The result of testing of partial variable instructors training influence significant to variable employee performance as evidenced by the value significance t < α (0,003<0,05)
