The purpose of this research was to explain the influence of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employees performance of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang partially and simultaneously. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach through the questionnaire and the documentation. The samples on this research amounted to 65 employees. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the partial-test and simultaneously test. Simultaneously physical work environment and non physical work environment has a significant effect on employees performance that can be proven by the results of simultaneously test retrieved value significance F 0,000 < ,005 the alpha value. based on the results of partial test on the physical work environment variable shows the value significance t<α (0,0043<0,05),that means partially physical work environment has a significant effect on employees performance and based on the results of the test pasrial on the non working physical environment variable retrieved the value significance of t 0,000 < the alpha value 0,05 that means that non physical work environment also has a significant influence on the performance of employees.
