: The Roles and Coordination of Stakeholders in Minapolitan Area Development in Kecamatan Nglegok, Kabupaten Blitar. Minapolitan area development policy in Keputusan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan No. KEP.32/MEN/2010 determined Kabupaten Blitar as minapolitan area and based on Keputusan Bupati Blitar No. 188/151/409.012/KPTS/2010 determined six villages in Kecamatan Nglegok, namely: Desa Kemloko, Desa Penataran, Kelurahan Nglegok, Desa Bangsri, Desa Jiwut, dan Desa Krenceng as minapolist area in Kabupaten Blitar. The aims of Minapolitan area development are to increase the incomes and social welfare of the people around the minapolitan area. But, not all stakeholders Thar involved in the implementation of minapolitan area development perform optimally. It was indicated by the lack of activities and financial support from some stakeholders. While from the aspects of coordination among stakeholders are conducted both internally and externally has implemented dynamically, but in aspects of coordination still have some problems, namely: egosectoral mindset of some stakeholders; the limited budget; and the legal basis is still not strong enough to be a set of technical guidelines in budgetary planning, in this case RPIJM minapolitan development needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to have a more profound study on the development of the Minapolitan through the role and coordination among the stakeholders, it be thus able to realize minapolitan development in accordance to desired expectations.
