Abstract

Semarang District is one of region in Indonesia which included in disaster prone-areas. Data from BPBD Semarang District's mention that the most frequent disaster in Semarang District are Landslides, Droughts, Waterspouts, and Floods.This research has been conducted to create a modeling of potential landslides in Semarang District using GIS analysis method and Scoring and Weighting Method which refers to Permen PU No. 22/PRT/M/2007 on Guidelines Spatial Landslides Prone Areas and Analytical Hierarchy Proccess (AHP) method with the speaker is Section Chief of Prevention and Preparadness BPBD Semarang District.From this research showed there were six potential factors causing Landslides in Semarang District, that were Land Use with a weight of 20% for Permen PU and 0,250 for AHP, Precipitation with a weight of 20% for Permen PU and 0,304 for AHP, Slope with a weight of 25% for Permen PU and 0,161 for AHP, Soil Types with a weight of 15% for Permen PU and 0,131 for AHP, Presence Fault with a weight of 10% for Permen PU and 0,102 for AHP, and Infrastructure with a weight of 10% for Permen PU and 0,053 for AHP. Furthermore, from the Overlay analysis of potential landslides map obtained three classes of potential that were, High Potency with an area of 18,641% for Permen PU and 6,635% for AHP, Medium Potency with an area of 51,455% for Permen PU and 47,167% for AHP, and Low Potency with an area of 30,084% for Permen PU and 46,199% for AHP.
