Based on the research objectives set to provide an overview of the state of compensation and motivation of existing work and to investigate its influence on employee performance. Explanatory research used as well as the research method used is quantitative. The sample as many as 73 employees of PT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang. Data were analyzed using path analysis (Path analysis). Hypotheses using path analysis using statistical calculations that show financial compensation significantly influence work motivation of 0.408, and non-financial compensation significantly influence the work motivation of 0.397. Financial compensation has significant influence with path coefficient of 0.322. Non-financial compensation have significant influence with the path coefficient value of 0257. Work motivation has a significant effect with a path coefficient of 0.310 on employee performance. In study the hypothesis testing using the test T. The results of the study financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. By testing the hypothesis that work motivation variables in this study acts as mediator to mediate the independent financial and non-financial compensation to the dependent employee performance.
