This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Based on the results of data processing show that the variables of education, training, and career development of employees a positive effect on employee motivation variables. Education is an effort to prepare students through educational activities. Training is a short-term educational process organized in learning the knowledge and skills for specific purposes. Employee career development is the process of improving the ability of the individual is achieved in order to achieve the desired career. Employee motivation is anything that raises the spirit or boost employment. Employee performance is the result of the employee in completing the work. Based on the results of research conducted, it was concluded that the variables Education, Training and Career Development Employees have a significant impact on Employee Job Performance in the form of Employee Motivation.
