Analisis Perbedaan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan Dilihat Dari Faktor Demografis Di Kafe Excelso Surabaya

Abstract

: The purpose of this study was to know if there was a significant difference in OCB as seen from the demographic factors. Demographic factors such as gender, education level, age, employment status, marital status, job tenure, job position, and salary level were examined. The study employed a quantitative research design. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with 111 samples. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one way anova. The findings revealed that there was no significant difference in OCB as seen from the demographic factors in Excelso Café Surabaya.
