This research was aimed to find out the effect of Compentation and Work Motivation, in a parcial and simultan way to Turnover Intention. The type of the research used by the researcher was an explanatory research that using quantitative approach by spreading out questionnaire. Based on the results of this research, the researcher discovered that there was a significant effect of Compensation and Work Motivation toward Turnover Intention to the employees of PT. TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pusat Malang. It was known that from those two variables, Compentation had more dominant effect toward Turnover Intention for its coefficient beta was bigger than Work Motivation. Advice given to the company was to keep improving Compentation and Work Motivation of the employees so that they could provide the best service.
