This study aims to determine the effect of training methods on motivation, training material effect on motivation, influence on employee performance training methods, training material effect on employee performance, and the influence of motivation on employee performance in PT. Pakis Malang branch of the Bank. Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The samples in this study were all employees of PT. Pakis Malang branch of the Bank by 60 employees. The results of the path analysis testing showed that the method of training a significant effect on motivation, training materials significant effect on motivation, training methods have a significant effect on the performance of employees, training materials have a significant effect on employee performance and motivation significantly influence employee performance.
