Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease CEISE on the perception of usefulness CEISA and attitude towards CEISA and the determine the influence of perception uses CEISA of the attitude CEISA and Acceptance CEISA and determine the effect attitude CEISA on the acceptance CEISA uses the approach of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This type of research falls under the category explanatoryresearch with survey. This location of this research is tax office of customs and excise (KPPBC) type madyaa Tanjung Perak Surabaya with sample totalling 80 people. Data sources used were primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques through aquestionnaire, interviews and dokumentasi. Data analysis techniques usedeskriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using structural equation modelling (SEM) or structural equation model. The results showed that the perceived ease of use CEISA The effect on the perception of the usefulness CEISA is significant. The influence of perceived ease of use CEISA on attitudes towards CEISA is significant. Influence the perception of the usefulness of CEISA terahadap attitude towards CEISA is significant. CEISA influence the perception of the usefulness of the reception CEISA is significant. CEISA influence attitudes towards the acceptance CEISA is significant.
