This target research to explain the effect of variable Perceived Ease and Perceived Usefulness and Attitude use simultaneously and partially to the variable Behavioral Intention of IFS Software. The research method used explanatory research with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used distribute questionnaires to a sample of 58 employees on the Procurement of Goods and Services employees PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Data analysis in this research uses a descriptive analysis set out with a frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 22.0.0. The results of F test showed that the variables Perceived Ease and Perceived Usefulness and Attitude use has a simultaneous effect on the variable Behavioral Intention. In the t test results Perceived Ease variable significantly affect the Behavioral Intention and Variable Perceived Usefulness significantly affect the Behavioral Intention.
