This study aims to explain the influence of variables Principle of Familiarity and Principle of Integrity as a variable of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance simultaneously and partially. This research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample is saturated samples which 56 employees of the administration of PT Buana Karya Indah Surabaya. Analyses of the data used are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Results of the simultaneous study note that the Principle of Familiarity and Principles of Integrity significant effect on Employee Performance. Sig.F values obtained at 0,000. The results show the Principle of Familiarity partial significantly influence Employee Performance with sig.t value of 3.235. The result of research partially known that the Principle of Integrity significant effect on Employee Performance with sig.t value of 4.989. Based on the Principle of Integrity of the results showed the dominant influence on Employee Performance.
