The author conducted this study to determine the impact of the financial and non-financial compensation to employee performance with variable connecting motivation. The author conducted research on permanent employees CV. BEELS STAR (Malang) with a sample of 55 permanent employees. In this study the authors wanted to know the magnitude of the effect that where appropriate research methodology is to use the analysis PATH (path). In the path coefficient conducted found that the variables of financial and non financial compensation does not significantly influence employee performance variables, while the variables of motivation has a significant influence on employee performance variables. The contribution of the independent variables indicated in the dependent variable value that berarati R squere 0,622 or 62.2% bermaksut data obtained in the model provides information 62.2% can be explained 0.378 or 3.78% while the remainder of the diversity of models described or explained oelh other variables - other. Standardization of regression analysis of variables known to affect the financial and non-financial compensation to motivation by R squer (<0.05), the influence of financial compensation to the motivation of 0461, which means 46.1% can be explained by variables that have been set while the rest is explained by variables not examined. non-financial compensation to the motivational effect 0350, or 35% of the studied variables and the rest is explained by other variables not studied.
