Abstract

The kind of this research is explanatory research and by using simple random sampling. Data collection by distributing questionnaire to respondents or employee 98 PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Data analysis in this research used descriptive statistical analysis and using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS Program v 23.0.0. Based on analysis data, it can be described that each result of respondents about financial compensation score average in 4,03. In variable of non-financial compensation shows average 4,02. Then, for variable of job satisfaction of employees have average 4,04. Result of multiple linier regression that simultaneously and partially variable of financial compensation and non financial compensation have significant influence on satisfaction of employee. It is supported by result of simultaneous test indicates that F-significance 0,000 < 0,05. The regression coefficient obtained in this study of 0,591 which means that the variable of financial compensation and non financial compensation have influence of 59,1% towards job satisfaction of employee, while the remaining 40,9% are effected by other variable unobserved in this research. Financial compensation has significant influence on job satisfaction of employee which has t significance for 0,003 < α = 0,005. Non financial compensation has significant influence on job satisfaction of employee (Y) which has t significance for 0,000 < α = 0,005.
