This study attempts to describe the training program for TKI at kantor cabang PT. Berkat Sukses Makmur Sejahtera (PT.BSMS), analyze the supporting and the barrier of training factor, and describe the competences TKI after following training program. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis use interactive model from Miles & Huberman. The result of research shows that there are many changes of TKI after join the training program such as increasing the understanding about the task that related to the job, changing in attitude. Increasing the ability of foreign language and increasing the understanding about the conditions of working environment in other country. The supporting factors of training are the availability of tools of training and experienced instructor, high motivation of TKI and the support from partners and family. The barrier factors of training are the different level of understanding and nervousing and unappropriated habbit of TKI.
