The purpose of this study was to explain the influence work ability and organizational commitment on employee performance simultaneously and partially on Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Malang city. The research method used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample includes 79 employees at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Malang City. Data collection method includes questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique involves descriptive analysis, inferential statistic and multiple linear regression analysis. This research showed that simultaneously and partially work ability and organizational commitment has a significance influence on employee performance. This is shown by the results obtained using simultaneously test and partial test has significance <0.05 (alpha).
