Abstract

This research purposes to analyze and explain the significant influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the significant influence of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the significant influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and the indirect influence of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with type of explanatory research. This research used questionnaires with 72 number of nurses in RSUD. Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data analysis used is Path Analysis by t test as hypothesis testing. The results indicates that transformational leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has no significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job satisfaction has a significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and transformational leadership has an indirect influence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior through job satisfaction.
