Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT. Victory International Futures Malang)

Abstract

The objectives of research are to understaind the influence variable of leadership style and work motivation in partial and simultaneous to performance employee. Type of this research is Explanatory Research to approach quantitative and questionnaire method. The repondent of this research is the employee of PT. victory International Futures Malang. Technical data analysis by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The Results of this reaseach is showed to indicated presence significant influence by the simultaneous between variable of the influence leadership stye and variable of work motivation with variable of employee performance. Keywords :Leadership style, Work motivation, Employee performance ABTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. Victory International Futures Malang. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh signifikan secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.
