Research was aimed to understand the effect of compensation and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on organizational commitment. Type of research was Explanatory Research with quantitative approach. Data collection technique was questionnaire. The sample included 30 employees at KSP Sumber Dana Mandiri Gresik. Result of research indicated that Employee Compensation was influential partially and significantly to Employee Organizational Commitment at score 3.175 with regression coefficient of 0.726. Employee Work Satisfaction was influential partially to Employee Organizational Commitment at score 3.006 with regression coefficient of 0.377. Both Employee Compensation and Employee Work Satisfaction were simultaneously influencing Employee Organizational Commitment at score 13.753 with significance value of 0.000 < a (0.05), meaning that independent variables were simultaneously influential to dependent variable.
