This research was conducted on the basis of reviewing the complex function of hospitality information system use by Aria Gajayana Hotel Malang. Information system success model on this research used DeLone and McLane Information System Success Model (D&M IS success model) with testing until user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on the user satisfaction and also to explain success from hospitality information system on hotel. The sample in this study amounted collected questionnaire from 38 respondents and analyzed by multiple linier regression. The result showed that system quality is significant positive influence on user satisfaction. Information system is positive influence but not significant on users satisfaction. Service quality is significant positive influence on user satisfaction. Hospitality information system used by the employees of the Hotel Aria Gajayana success in implementation it is shown from a high assessment by employees against the hospitality information system being used.
