The bank's performance will reflect the health of banks. Based on Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13 / 1 / PBI / 2011 assessment of bank performance to determine the health of banks rated by RGEC approach (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital). Purpose of research to determine performance and health of state-owned bank and Bank of Regional Development 2012-2014. The research use descriptive research quantitative approach. Performance assessment with NPL and LDR showed an average increase in 2012-2014 reflects the increased risk of the bank. Performance assessment by 11 aspects of GCG years 2012-2014 showed bank management governance are generally good. Performance assessment by ROA and NIM showed an average increase in 2013 reflects increased profitability, in 2014 the average ROA and NIM decreased. Performance assessment by CAR showed an average decreased in 2013, in 2014 average NIM rise reflects increased working capital adequacy. Health ranking results showed BNI, BRI, Mandiri and Bank Jatim years 2012-2014 are generally very healthy, while BTN and Bank BJB years 2012-2014 generally healthy. State banks and regional development banks are expected to reduce problem loans, minimizing liquidity risk, improving governance management and improve its performance to the bank's health is maintained.
