Abstract

This research purposed to know and explain: the description of kaizen culture application, work motivation, and employee performance in PT Semen Indonesia Tbk; the influence of kaizen culture application on work motivation in PT Semen Indonesia Tbk; the influence of kaizen culture application on employee performance in PT Semen Indonesia Tbk; the influence of work motivation on employee performance in PT Semen Indonesia Tbk. The type of research which is used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Variable in this research is kaizen culture application as independent variable, work motivation as intervening variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. This research uses primary data in the form of the questioner answer result and secondary data based on documents. Data analysis method that is used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of path analysis shows that: there is significant influence between kaizen culture application variable on work motivation; there is significant influence between kaizen culture application variable on employee performance; and there is significant influence work motivation variable on employee performance.
