Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction. The type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach. The number of sample in this study amounted to 84 respondents who are customers of 8 Oz Coffee Studio Malang. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results show that Product Quality and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially
