Abstract

Research was aimed to describe financial compensation, non-financial compensation, employee job satisfaction, and employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) of East Java Distribution in Malang Region, and also to understand the effect of financial compensation on employee job satisfaction, the effect of non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction, the effect of financial compensation on job performance, the effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance, and the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance. Data analysis tools were descriptive analysis and inferential statistic using path analysis. This research used questionnaires with 75 employees at PT PLN (Persero) of East Java Distribution in Malang Region. Data analysis tools were descriptive analysis and inferential statistic using path analysis. Result of research indicated that financial compensation was influential to employee job satisfaction, non-financial compensation was influential to job satisfaction, financial compensation was influential to employee performance, non-financial compensation was influencing employee performance, employee job satisfaction influenced employee performance.
