Abstract

This study aims to know and explain work conflict, work stress, employees work motivation, and employees performace. to analyze and to explain the significant effect between work conflict on employees work motivation, to analyze and explain the significant effect between work stress against employees work motivation, to analyze and explain the significant effect between work conflict against employees performance, to analyze and explain the significant effect between work stress against employees performance, to analyze and to explain the significant effect between work motivation against employees performance. The type of study that is used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The samples in this study are 58 employees. Based on the result of path analysis, the work conflict has a significant negative effect on employees work motivation. work stress has significant negative effect on employees work motivation. Work conflict has a significant negative effect on employees performance. Job stress has significant negative effect on Employees Performance. employees work motivation has positive significant effect on employees performance. The coefficient of determination obtained by 0,817 which means that the structural relantionship of the variables studied wasat 81,7%. While the remaining 18,3% is explained by other variables that are not investigated in this study.
