Research was aimed to analyze and to explain influence of transformational and transactional leadership on work satisfaction and employee performance (Study In employees Hotel Gajahmada Graha Malang). Research type was explanatory research. Sample of research was 71 employees. Sampling technique was saturated sampling. Data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis method was descriptive analysis and path analysis.Results showing that leadership transformational are more dominant influential in significant impact on work satisfaction, leadership transaksional influential in significant impact on work satisfaction, leadership transformational influential in a negative and insignificant of the performance of an employee, leadership transaksional influential insignificant of the performance of an employee, and work satisfaction influential significantly of the performance of an employee.
