Company generally always wanted to grown to be bigger for exist in the future. One of the way that can be used by company is purchasing fixed asset such as vehicle. A feasibility study need to be done by the company when had a development business plan, so that plans can be successfully in accordance with desire. This research aims to determine the feasibility of a business development plan in order to be performed by PO. Zena Pariwisata Malang. This research was descriptive case study approach. This research focuses on market and marketing aspects, management and organization aspects, and financial aspect of the assessment tool that consist of Average Rate of Return, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index, and Internal Rate of Return. Interview and documentations of the data collection techniques used in this study. The results obtained show that the company is feasible to perform business development based on assessment of market and marketing aspects, management and organization aspects, and financial aspect.
