Investors will perform various analyzes to obtain information on whether the company is able to provide compensation for the investment they invested. One of them is the fundamental analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage to the stock price. In this study the ratio used to assess the company's performance is ROE, EPS, DR and DER. ROE and EPS are profitability ratios while DR and DER is the leverage ratio. The object in this study is the Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).The research method in this study is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population amounts to 9 companies, based on pre-defined criteria the obtained sample of six companies.The results showed that simultaneous ROE, EPS, DR and DER significantly influence stock prices. Partially, EPS is a variable that has positive and significant impact on stock prices, while the ROE, DR and DER is partially not give the significant effect on stock prices. The results indicated that investors should reckon the value of EPS, due to the size of EPS affect the stock price changes. This shows that the company must keep the value of EPS.
