Bank is very important for the community and banks are expected always to be in a healthy condition. The determination of the bank should be based on an assessment of the bank listed on Indonesian bank regulation No.13/1/PBI/2011. This research aims to determine the development of risk profile, earning, capital, and the soundness level of national private bank foreign exchange which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exhange (IDX) period of 2012-2014 using the RBBR (Risk-Based Bank Rating) method. This type of research is decriptive research with quantitative approach. This research using fourth factors rating that is risk profile with two risk such as credit risk with the ratio of NPL and liquidity risk with the ratio of Loan to LDR, the earning with two ratio is the ratio of ROA and the ratio of NIM, capital with the ratio of CAR, but GCG is not use. The result show national private foreign exchange bank years 2012-2014 has less development in non performing loan, funds is distributed to third parties, income generates, interest income and capital. National private bank foreign exchange soundness level years 2012-2014 based on the ratio NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM, and CAR show all banks can be categorized a very healthy even though there are some bank that can also be categorized as healthy.
