Abstract

This research also analyze and explain on significant influence of direct compensation on employee working motivation, indirect compensation on employee working motivation, direct compensation on employee performance, indirect compensation on employee performance and employee working motivation on employee performance.This research used explanatory research. Sample used in this research is 49 employee of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Celaket Malang branch. Researcher used saturated sampling technique to all permanent employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 cabang Celaket Malang branch. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and inferential data analysis which used path analysis.The research result shows direct compensation have a significant influence on employee working motivation with significant score 0,000, indirect compensation have a significant influence on employee working motivation with significant score 0,001, direct compensation have a significant influence on employee performance with significant score 0,018, indirect compensation have an insignificant on employee performance with significant score 0,165, employee working motivation have a significant influence on employee performance with significant score 0,000. Recommendation for further research in to develop the research with replacing or adding other variables that could effect the employee working motivation and employee performance.
