This research aims to analyze and explain factors that influencing employee engagement owned by Generation Y or called Gen Y. Factors in this research included organization culture, reward, and personal resources. The kind of research used in this research is an explanation or explanotory research with a quantitative approach. The variable in this research are organization culture, reward, and personal resources as independent variables and employee engagement as the dependent variable. This research uses questionnaire as primer data. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed;1) Simultaneously, there are a positive and significant effect between organization culture rewards, and personal resources to employee engagement (Y); 2) Partially, organization culture, rewards , and Personal resources were positively and significantly influential to employee engagement shown by Gen Y.
