Abstract

Developments in the field of economics is an objective to be achieved in implementing economic development programs, including the partnership program implemented by state enterprises to small businesses. The partnership program is a CSR program of SOEs as a concern to the community. One company that has organized CSR is PT Telkom Malang. PT Telkom Malang has a division that implement the Partnership Program that is CDC. CDC is the division that connects between companies and small businesses. Credit granting services provided to low-income communities. CDC as the lender is not free from the risk that occurs as NPL. NPL happened to CDC PT Telkom Malang, the partners of the unfortunate, broke, and fled. The analysis showed that in the year 2013 to 2014 dominated the current category of other categories. In 2014 collectibility with current category increased from 55.12% to 77.64%. Percentage of collectibility of loans obtained seen the amount of nonperforming loans in 2013 to 2014 decreased from 20.01% down to 15.39%. This shows that there is an attempt to improve the performance of lending in order to avoid a credit crunch.
