“The influence of training on employee's performance” is a research that inspired by the importance of human resource development in improving employee performance to achieve the company goals. This study aims to determine the influence of training on employee's performance. The type of this research is explanatory research and the research method used is quantitative method. This type of research is used to test the hypothesis that has been formulated. The population in this research are 30 employees of the technicians PT. Toyota Auto 2000 Sutoyo Malang who had been trained. The entire population of 30 employees were sampled using census techniques. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression statistical analysis that used to determine the elements of the training variables on the employee's performance the technicians of PT. Toyota Auto 2000 Sutoyo Malang by tabulating the score results of the study to determine the average scores of variables that can be known how far the application of the training and how high performance that can be achieved the employees at significance level <0.05. The data is processed by using SPSS 13 for windows.
