Research was entitled with “The Effect of Work Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance” and supported by the study of regular employees at PG Kebon Agung Malang. The objective of research was to describe Work Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance, and to explain the effect of Work Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. The population of research included 298 regular employees at PG Kebon Agung Malang. Sampling technique was proportional random sampling and the result was 75 respondents. Method of research was Explanatory Research using questionnaire and documentation as data collection instruments. Data analysis was path analysis which the processing was assisted by SPSS 21 for Windows. Result of path analysis showed that Work Satisfaction was significantly influential to Organizational Commitment at coefficient of 0.535 and significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Work Satisfaction significantly influenced Employee Performance at coefficient of 0.515 and significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Organizational Commitment was significantly influencing on Employee Performance at coefficient of 0.251 and significance value of 0.016 ≤ 0.05. The indirect effect of work satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment was 0.134 smaller than the direct effect of work satisfaction on employee performance which pointed to 0.516.
